Common Questions

Straight answers about how we work. Anything else, just ask.

Get in touch
Do I need a fleet to work with SKOTS?

No. We work with businesses that operate a single work vehicle as well as companies running larger fleets.

How do maintenance reminders work?

We keep a service history for each vehicle, track upcoming maintenance needs and let you know when service is due, so you can plan ahead.

Will any work be done without my approval?

No. We explain findings, service priorities and recommended repairs, and obtain authorization before proceeding.

Do scheduled vehicles get priority?

Yes. Vehicles on a scheduled maintenance plan receive priority when we plan our shop schedule. Turnaround always depends on the work needed.

Ready to Schedule Service?
