Information You Provide

We use the information you submit to respond to enquiries and arrange requested service. The optional message form asks for your name and phone number. You may also provide an email address, business name, message and vehicle details. Please do not include payment details or sensitive information.

Request Storage and Notifications

Messages are stored privately in this website’s WordPress database for authorized administrators. When notifications are enabled, details are emailed to the recipient configured by the site administrator. Hosting and email services process information to operate these services.

Drafts and Spam Prevention

The form temporarily keeps a draft in your browser’s session storage so your entries can survive a page reload. It clears the draft after a confirmed submission. Session storage normally ends when the browser tab is closed.

The request endpoint uses a short-lived salted hash of the connection IP address to limit repeated submissions. Raw IP addresses are not stored with form messages. The host may retain its own server logs.

Maps

The contact page shows an embedded OpenStreetMap map. OpenStreetMap may process your connection details when the map loads, under its own privacy policy. The Get directions link opens Google Maps.

Access and Corrections

Enquiry records are retained while needed for enquiries, service administration and related business records. Email info@skotsfleet.com to request access, a correction or removal. Requests are reviewed in light of applicable business and recordkeeping needs.
